Dented fridge

Ordered a fridge at game online and it came with a huge dent, logged a return via the website and even sent numerous emails on the day it was delivered (the 1st of June), till today nothing has been done. I'm stuck here with a dented fridge that even makes weird noises. Since the 1st of June I've been receiving "we're escalating the matter" till today. Stay away from ordering anything from game.
