Delivery that came with missing items.

I bought a Jvc sound bar on the Game online store and the delivery came with missing items which are wires that connect the sound bar to the plugs and the remote. I have called the store multiple times and they keep on saying they are investigating the matter for almost 3 weeks now and wrote them an email but no response. I am truly disappointed with the store as it is a trusted store. This is inconveniencing me as i cannot use the sound bar at all😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I have to still use more money to get to the store as i am not mobile and there's no game store in my area hence why i purchased the sound bar online, to make my life easier.
