Delivery taking forever

So I bought baby essentials on the 7th of July 2022, min due I had estimated that by the time my baby’s diapers finish the ones I bought online will be delivered..little did I know.. It’s the 21st of July, my order is still pending and I hadn’t received any communication until I called customer care.. As if that was not frustrating enough, I was told they’d have to contact head office so that they can cancel my order and give me a refund and that they’d get back to me(which they obviously didn’t do)🙄 I explained how I was now going out of budget as I had to buy diapers while waiting for the ones I bought to be delivered 😔😔 I am honestly disappointed with the service I received, busy spending money I don’t have on things I already paid for..it’s heartbreaking honestly
