Delivery saga

Once again there's trouble with a purchase I've paid for and the courier company is giving me RUDE service. I received an sms on Tuesday regarding delivery, I was called but due to where I was at the time (commotion) I couldn't respond however I responded urgently back once I was out of the place but the guy I spoke to refused to come deliver my items and promised to come the next day (Wednesday). Well again GAME send me an sms on Wednesday about the delivery but this tim no one calls or pitches, I let it slide. Today (26/09) a call come through for delivery and I direct him to my house street plus offer to wait outside so he doesn't get lost. When I get outside the first 10 minutes there's no one nor even a sign (only a neighbor's car passes) so I wait there for over 30-an hour changing positions and thinking probably there are not even around so I end up calling him which I felt was unnecessary 'cause when someone is ordered to deliver something to you they call most of the time. So I call him and he rudely responds that he passed by my street and there was no one, plus he's no longer coming because he's too far away which the place he mentions is 20 min from mine... Oh okay. I then proceed to ask him why didn't he call me if he realised "I'm not outside" he's respond "it's not my job" wow okay. I've already called the call centre for online enquiries but I needed to vent some more and hopefully Hellopeter does the magic I know it's capable of. I'm supposed to be excited about my order which is a gift for my mother but all of that has vanished because of the delivery company and it's rude employee.
