Delivery promises my ass!!!

I ordered a chest freezer on 14 December and was sent an email saying it would be delivered in 3 -5 days...its day 7. no delivery! i have called numerous times and each time told the agent would try to find the product and inform me..Ive called numerous times and no return call came!! each time i was given a different excuse, its working days not regular days..its at another store, the tracking info doesnt reflect where it is in, we have to find out mam as it wasnt validated online!!

*** GAME!!! dont make promises you cant keep, because of you i have been sitting around IN DECEMBER waiting for a freezer that doesnt arrive, cant do shopping as there isnt any place to store it.

Give me some answers, where is it and when is it coming?????? i will never order from you again! I could have gone to another sore and gotten my item no problem yet i chose to support you..never again

for the automated reply, it means nothing at this point. ive since called again to be told the item is coming from Pretoria ( I ordered from the store less thank a 1 km away in Cape Town) The worst service ever! just be honest and tell me when the item is coming Game. I will report you to the NCC . you have lost a loyal customer for years...not only have you wasted my time you have wasted my resources constantly calling you and i am the customer!
