Delivery promise of 3 - 5 working days not valid - already 10 working days
Online order placed 04 October 2018, Game has a delivery promise of 3 - 5 working days for delivery. Today is currently 10 working days and one of the items have not been delivered. This sure has a lot to say about their delivery promise. Would love to know when I will receive the decoder that I ordered

In three days time it will be 3 weeks since I placed the order where Game online stipulated 3 - 5 working days for delivery - Is this not FALSE ADVERTISING
