Delivery promise and lie everyday

I purchased at Game N1 City on Thursday, for almost R20 000,00. I was promised delivery on Friday, then again on Monday, then again on Tuesday and then today, which is Wednesday. When calling in to confirm delivery, they tell me that delivery is not happening today. What happened to the 2-5 days delivery promise???? I spoke to the most rudest gentlemen today that never even provided his name, and also hung up in my ear. Service is terrible and promises get broken everyday. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from that store, whether it be cash or account. Customers are getting **** to on a daily basis.

This lie of a delivery everyday is making me stay at home expecting a delivery, and loosing a days money from work. It is unfair that they can lie like this and expect to make their promises and break them and then it is fine.
