Delivery of online order not done

I have ordered items on the Game Store online platform, but I have received poor delivery services to this date. I have not received my order since 11 December. I am given the runaround, and the courier people are *********** and lack customer service skills. I am frustrated. I have wasted money through the follow-up calls, and they seem to not be getting it right. Please don't order from the Game Store online store.
