We've ordered something online and no delivery, spoken to your manager Calvin John who lives up your brand of been "useless", spoke to a dispatch manager Sbonelo Thwala who also lives up to the brand of been "Useless". Payment was made but no delivery, is this now *****?

There is no customer service at all with Game. no one takes and wants to take accountability. promises of "we'll call you back" but i've been waiting for the whole day and no one got back to me even though i've expressed how urgent this was!!!!!!!!! Calvin John, Sbonelo Thwala you gentlemen should hang your head in shame after the false promises you have made.

i will never support Game again. i would rather pay extra and support your competitors just to get the peace of mind. "Martyn Gibbs" please continue with your drive in closing down your stores because your company is just pathetic, i'm disgusted by how your employees represent your brand.
