Delivery of essential items a false claim

I ordered a printer 8 days ago online, marked as an essential item, hence the purchase. I'm still waiting for it, no one answers the phone, the online chat is disabled (understandably due to covid) but come on! You said 3-5 days, on day 8 I haven't even received a word communicating what is going on. Of course the money came off my account immediately. APPALLING SERVICE. Especially when I really need your help, and your site said you could help.
