Delivery of a used laptop

Ordered a laptop at game online store..received it on monday,when i opened it to set it up i found that it has someone else's name on and it needs a password..went to wonderpark game store to to request a refund and they refused to help because i bought it online...i called the number provided on their website that deals with online orders but they still didn't help me,they always say they going to get back to me but they never do..everyday without fail i make sure i call them but they don't help me..I am sitting here with a laptop a laptop that is supposed to be new but it needs a password
