Delivery not made, after a month an item was purchased online!

I acquired a Hisense 2.1 CH Soundbar HS212F online from Game, with order no 124......8. This was done on the 27th of August 2023, using my Game Store Credit Card. This order was "apparently" mixed up with a set of CAR SEATS! I do not know how the hell these were mixed up. On top of that, I ordered other items on the same day, but they were delivered to my home address within a period of 3 days! I wanted to cancel this item I ordered, but no one was actually giving me proper feedback. They ended up calling me saying they are sorry for the whole mix up and trying to ensure to deliver the item. Now this was the last call I got on the27th of September 2023. I gave them a week to deliver the item, even now, the 5th of October 2023, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM. I AM BEING BILLED FOR SOMETHING WHICH I DO NOT HAVE, MY STATEMENTS ARE NOT DEPICTING A TRUE REFLECTION. This is frankly ****ed up! Totally dissatisfied with the service I got for this item and the run around
