Delivery issue

On 22/03/2024 I went to Game "The Glen Mall" to buy a washing machine, made all necessary payment. I was told that the washing mashing will be delivered on Wednesday 27/03/2024, that did not happen and I didn't panic. Today I gave them a call on ***, a lady answered and said she'd putting me through to the department, I held on after 5 mins the call dropped, this happened twice. 3rd, 4th and 5th time the number was engaged. All I want to know is what's the hold up as they said I'll get my washing machine on the 27th and today is the 3rd. What happened to communicating to your clients if you can't deliver? I am really not happy with this treatment as they already have my money and I cant go to other stores.
