Delivery from game online store

Game is a big and nice brand however their online store treated me harshly I ordered on the 27th February to date I haven't received my parcel I had to change delivery address as schools are closing surprisingly today their courier guy calls me to deliver to the old address and he is there already no thumbs just to check if i am at there and now my partner waited till 7 and the driver did not arrive in town. He had to leave now I have to find alternative plans for delivery just to avoid it going back to JHB. I have exhausted airtime just calling game and the courier company. Get this when I called this morning they said delivery will be Tuesday. Ai game online but if you are in cities not outside because wow.
