Delivery For Online Order Taking Too Long

I placed an order on the 8th Dec 2020. On the 9th Dec I saw on their website that they do not deliver in Katlehong, I then called to find more information on this and was told that this was highlighted as one of 'the most dangerous areas in Gauteng' I would have to collect my order at the Police Station like seriously imagine collecting an order that you paid delivery for at the Police Station

Moving along... I then requested an address change. To my surprise one of the items on my order was delivered to 'the most dangerous area in Gauteng' on the 15th Dec however the order was incomplete.

Today is the 29th Dec and I still have not received my complete order, this is such an inconvenience and their online system is so poor you can't even track your parcel.

I emailed them on the 21st Dec to request a refund still no response. I don't want anything from Game Stores anymore I just want my money back!
