Delivery Delay

I purchased a fridge at Game Mall of the south on the 1st December 2017 and the fridge was delivered Monday evening at about 8pm. Upon delivery i found the fridge had dents and scrathes. I then returned to the store the following day to have them change the fridge.

I was promised delivery the following day. I have been calling the store the whole week and was promised delivery on that day but nothing. I am told the drivers lost the collection paper then given another but still no fridge.

I have no fridge in my house for a week. This morning i called a few times and was promised call backs from 2 different people but nothing.
