Delivery and Service Issues

Placed an order on Black Friday and only half my order has been delivered. I have been chasing the support team for answers and all they can tell me is that my package is with the couriers. Its 9 Jan and I'm still hearing the same nonsense regarding the couriers. And as a bonus they wont refund before locating the package.
