Delivery ****

I made a purchase online with a TV set which was on special, on their site they say delivery time 2-5 days, a person orders online due to making it more convenient not to make it a problem, I ordered on the 8th of November got a phone call their systems have a "technical issue" so they are backlogged with deliveries, she asked me if I would like a refund so why would I like a refund I ordered the tv for a reason as it was on special now it is double the price, doing some research I see a lot of people have issues so please game remove the "2-5 days delivery time" as you do not delivery on time!!!
