deliver my order NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

on the 29th of april i purchased a DSTV decoder and TV online according to their website a decode is an essential item and it should be delivered in 5-7 days but that has not happened yet and on thier website it states clearly that if a customer has purchased essential and non essentials in 1 order then the order would be split into two orders at no extra cost but until this day i have not received and their consultants are as pathetic as their services for example this conversation with a consultant over 3 hours: GAME - LIVE CHAT
