Deliberate Misleading adverti*****t

On 07.03.2015 I went to Metro store in Menlyn Square to do my shopping and I saw a Samsung mirror Finish Fridge selling for R14999.00 and I remember seeing the same fridge at Game and their Price Beat Policy ,I then requested a return quote from Metro,hoping to pay less at Game, the guy who helped me at metro informed me they only have one fridge left in stock and once all sold the price will revert to R17999.00. I took my chances with Game .When I got there I was helped by Moses who was very helpful and had to confirm the price beat from the store manager as the same Fridge was selling for R17999.00 at Game. Sadly when Moses came back he told me that the competitor is not answering the phone call to verify the quote, and he will try again following day. On 08.03.15 Moses called and told me that the best price they can do is R15999.00, and told me about cost prices and etc. This has been a serious inconvenience for me as the fridge is now sold out at Metro. Game Store is deliberately misleading unsuspecting customers with the price beat policy, this contravenes the laws of marketing in SA. Game should Remove This HUGE LIE from their store walls, It is ********* and MISLEADING.
