Deliberate delay tactics to increase interest generated

RCS/Game Management, do you actually care about all of our complaints & issues? As we send emails & so forth, time passes & it seems like your staff deliberately leave matters unattended so that accounts generate interest & charges. Is this how you make money? You know very well most of us will do anything to protect our credit record & you're just milking that opportunity. It's ********* & disgusting.
