delayed order

I bought a kitchen BIC cupboards from ucandoit partnered with Game stores and it was delivered early last month and I was told to pay for granite separately as it was not included with the unit price of which i had to pay R20 600 hoping that everything was inclusive I had to pay R1700 to Game store account for granite and 10% installation fee to the UCANDOIT account on the 25th of September and I was told it will come with an installation guy on the 3rd of October Pass the 3rd and I contacted them again the lady told me has already handed my order for delivery and promise to arrange installation i have been waiting and no updates regarding this matter I spent so much money the least they could do is to keep me updated as valued customer but I have no idea where's my granite and when will my unit be installed I am so disappointed to learn that such a big retail as Game store take their customer for granted after pushing and nagging so much for the customer to buy their unit and still charge separate for granite while you requested full quotation for the units
