Delayed online order
I ordered a fridge online on the 22nd of February, which was on a Thursday. On the 26th I saw my order was handed to courier, used the online chat to chat with a consultant to check when should I expect my order and she told me it should be delivered on Tuesday the 27th, it never arrived. I messaged them again on Tuesday and was told it will be delivered the next day but yet again, it was never delivered. I was told the same thing again on Thursday and today is Friday, I still didn’t receive my order. The terms says the delivery takes 2-5 days but todays makes it the 8th day and I still haven’t received my order.

01 Mar 2024, 13:10If I have to wait another 24-48 hours for a reply after a week of waiting for my order then this is a very disappointing service. I had to throw away my meat since I didn’t receive my order on time, I had to take 2 unpaid leave on top of that cause no one was home to receive the fridge for me and I tried cancelling the order, but I couldn’t wait 14 days for my money to reflect on my bank so I didn’t cancel

01 Mar 2024, 15:08Yes I was told that now when I was called,but I have been speaking with your consultant the whole week and they always told me they are calling the courier to find out why my order is being delayed and none of them ever told them it was because of my numbers. They always said my order will be delivered the next day. My email is also there on my account also.
