Delayed disappointing Game online service
Ordered stationery that was on sale for Black Friday. A month later still waiting for my R200 refund for the items that was out of stock. Never received any feedback since the order. I had to follow up numerous times and the refund is still pending. Very disappointing and poor customer service.
