Delay in repairs whilst under warranty

I have bought a Samsung top loader from game at mall of Africa. A year later it has packed up and is holding water in the drum. I haven't used the machine since the issue was detected and reported it immediately. A week later no one has come to repair the machine and the excess water that is trapped in the machine keeps flooding my bathroom. Do not buy appliances from game as they are quick to make a sale but delay any claims against warranty.
