Delay closure of account to obtain additional charges

As far as I know this is the only company that has ever charged me just for having an account with them, even if you do not owe them a cent. Just having the credit available will cost you R50 per/month. Closed the account end November, after paying the last installment. The reply on the 1st of December is they will close it after the next billing cycle, which will be end of December and would mean they charge you again and then close it, nice one!
