Defy washing machine @GAME LEPHALALE

If i had an option not to rate ,i would have took that option absolutely negative zero.i bought a washing machine at game lephalale on the 24 december 2022 , when i used the machine it wasnt working having funny sounds .i went to game first week of jan but my complain was lodged on the 10 january 2023 ,they told me they will send a technician of which he never pitched.i went to game again customer service was poor i wanted for two hours until the manager attended to me then they called the technician whom claimed that he called me but my phone never rang,of which he never called.they then said they will come nothing from game for 2 weeks ,i returned the machine today 3/2/23 n still they dont want to refund me. ,😡
