DEFY WASH MACHINE ISSUE STILL UNRESOLVED

I previously complained about my Defy washing machine that broken within 3 washes and wanting my cash refunded for a defective machine sold to me. Its now 5 days and to date I still didn't get a response from N1 City Game a representative rep**** on Hello Peter complaint but no communication from the shop on when I will get my cash refund again I had to call 10 times to the store and for through on 10th attempt and again explaining to Simba that I need my cash back for the defy washing machine he advised he will call defy for what I have no idea as defy did not sell me the washing machine Game did hence Game should refund me. I am up to my witts with Games horrible customer service Sophia Bartlett
