Defy Stove Purchased at Game Stores

<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>In September 2015 i purchase a stove from GAME stores (DEFY). The stove has been faylty ever since, game stores sent two technicians to have a look at the stoves, within 5 minutes these technicians left my place claiming my stove has been working, it hasnt worked properly since the first incident, instead of replacing the stove, tehy keep sending these technicians that barely do anything to look at the stove, i want the stove either replaced or my money back!</p>
