Defy Rusty stove plates
Bought a brand new Defy stove from Game a few months ago. Two problems
1. The oven Tray was the incorrect size, as soon as we pulled it out it scratched the oven cavity paint. We tried another level and it scratched that row also.

2. The 4 plates on the stove got RUSTY two months later of purchase.

I reported it to the Game Store and a Defy agent was sent out that swapped the tray. I enquired about the scratched cavity and he said its fine it will not effect the oven.

He advised that we apply a paste on the plates every 3 months to avoid rust which he did. Its not even two months since he came and the plates are terrible RUSTY AGAIN.

I notified Game about this and till date haven't gotten a response from Game or Defy.

The plates look disgraceful for a new stove and the oven has scratches inside which im not happy about at all. I was patient enough for the Defy agent to try and sort the stove out but from past experience I have seen many stoves plates that don't rust even with out applying pastes etc every few months.

GAME please replace this stove or uplift and refund my money! Its clear this product is defective and inferior in quality.
