Defy microwave disappointed me and i am not happy with different information that is being provided to me on store. Does it mean i need to suffer for 21 days without microwave that is very much unfair.

I am not happy about the Defy Microwave i bought last year 2025 March with 2 years warranty. I took it back on 18/04/2026 to the store and told it will be attended to on Wednesday. Seeing that no ones coming back on Wednesday i called the Game customer service today 23/04/206 to .y surprise everything have changed. Im told to wait for 21 days without microwave this winter with a sick person in house. I am not happy. Why is it that customer service consultant give different information. I wouldn't mind waiting for 5 days but 21 days without microwave it too much . i have an elderly sick person that i am taking care of. With this cold how am i supposed to survive for 21 days without an appliance to warm food
