Defy fridge stopped working

I bought a defy fridge in 2019 at game mall of africa, the fridge just stopped working, and unfortunately I cannot find my receipt , when I went to the store to ask for a reprint that said I must have proof that I bought the fridge from them and on which date I bought the fridge, I printed out my bank statement, when I went back to game with my bank statement for a reprint, I was told that the reprint is going to take TWO weeks, and the is nothing they can do but wait for two weeks. I cant even ask someone to come and have a look at the fridge because am gonna loose out on the warranty, not only that but my food is going to be rotten, and GAME that not give **** about that.

Can game just take their fridge and payback my money, their customer services really sucks.
