Defy Fridge

I purchased a fridge @Game Mimosa Mall 2017 and unfortunately i have lost my slip. I called Fleurdall Bloemfontein and asked for assistance. I was told to provide the exact date and model nr offwhich I did than I was given the run around since last week Monday mday 3Jan2022. I thn spoke to Frederick Aucamp Sales Manager whereas he told me he has given my details to the admin manager Lerato and if I need to follow up i should talk to her. I spoke e to Lerato and she did not now anything and was told she would call me back offwhich she did and told me she will give feedback before day end Monday and she never did. I called again Tuesday and vould not het hold of her up untill now Wednesday. My fridge iis not working my food is getting wasted due to unprofessionalism. I did not ask for that fridge i bought it and is still under warranty and i am entitled to claim... Is rhis how you treat your customer
