Defy freezer only work for a week

<p>To whom it may comcern <br />I bought a defy fridge on the 5th of June from game in Allerton city. Went to pick it up myself from warehouse. <br />Since fridge got in my place it only worked for about 3 days I phoned game and spoke to Theo who at that time assisted and assured me that my fridge is booked. And that they will sent someone to come have a look at the fridge or wil exchange. This happened on the 15th of June. <br />Went away for weekend phoned them Monday 20th again this time spoke to Gidion who booked again due to the fact that he couldn't find the booking.<br />Waited whole day Monday for people to come as so no one did. <br />Tuesday today they told me couldn't come to my place cause I didn't give the number for my house so I did now if I try to phone no one can give me exact time when they will come have a look. Over the past few days everything I kept in fridge has end up in dustbin cause of endurance without a fridge.<br />Is there any way you can help me so my problem can be resolve.</p>
