Defy dudd washing machine

After buying a brand new washing machine from Game just over a year ago , I have had to get it checked twice by the manufacturer. First time repaired, 2nd fault they want to repair as well. I feel its my right as a consumer to have a refund or a replacement machine. I bought brand new to avoid issues like this! By the time the waranty ends i will be paying for faults on this inferior appliance
