Defy 740 L SXS Fridge

My name is Belinda ********** I bought a fridge at Game Crandlestone Mall date27/10/2017 but it was suppose to be delivered in Tzaneen, So the fridge was delivered on the 08 November 2017, the water dispenser is not working fine from day one, the day i plugged it. Yesterday 19 November 2017 the fridge stopped working. Today 20th November 2017 i went to game store to complain they said they will end a technician while i told them that i need a solution urgently. At the moment i don't have fridge and they are not helping me. the person i spoke to is Mr Visser not sure with the surname but he is in Charge of the store today , that's what they told me and he was so rude to me. I always buy from game but i promise not to buy anything from Game in future. I spend R9999.00 for a useless fridge and at the moment my food is rotten and they cant help me. Your service suck
