De*****ing customers with faulty merchandise
Hi
I would like get this to your attention I bought a Telefunken 32LED TV in 2016 and its got a 1yr warranty on 20/04/18 the screen just went blank/black.went to Game in Knysna mall I was told to pay R150(non-refundable) for it to be sent to a repair centre of which Im not happy about why should people pay for your after services.
I went and did some digging on the nett and found a couple of unhappy customers about GAME and its Telefunken brand.(search for complaints on HELOPETER AND GAME FACEBOOK PAGE)
To my conclusion is that Gamestores are aware of the faulty Telefunken TV's, but they still put customers through painstaking waiting and frustration of paying repair fees etc. Instead if helping the customer on the spot by either ginving a new tv set or exchange for other brand which are more reliable
REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY GAME CUSTOMER SERVICE
