DE*****ED OF R2499 BY GAMEONLINE

Game has officially absolved itself from refunding me my R2499 for the online order they did not fulfill and for their failure to refund me into the correct account details that I provided. They refunded into a closed account after being told that the account was closed and also being provided with the correct details. The lady from finance says she wasn’t aware of the provided details yet Natheer Abrahams once told me that they will refund into the medium used even if I told them it is closed......The lady who called me from finance ‘Mithasha somaroo’ says I must take it up with their account holder I.e. Absa and my bank to find out where my money is???? Unbelievably disgusting behavior from Game who has basically given me the middle finger with regards to my money where else they are the ones who took my money......Game store stole my money through thier online store since they now claim that they don’t know where it is......so disgusting for a corporate of this magnitude......even if it takes me years I will never let this rest you will pay me back. I have spent money on numerous phone calls, petrol for trips to the bank and time to resolve this only for Game to give me the middle finger and tell me to find my money myself.......BEWARE OF GAMEONLINE
