Bought a TV stand on 29 November at Game Store on N1 City. It still has not been delivered. They were silent about it. Never sent me any communication. I called Game today. They said the item will be with me in an hour. I am going for 4 hours now. I called the manager again. He said the courier is on the way. But he doesn't have the numbers of the driver. He tells me that the driver is sitting somewhere with my TV stand. This is irresponsible of Game Stores. So I am sitting the whole day waiting for an item that was supposed to be delivered after 9am. Order ref no.***. I am now taking legal action against Game Stores.

It might have been network failure as there was load shedding. But thank you for escalating it. The driver eventually called me and just delivered the item about half an hour ago. I didn't go to work today, waiting for the delivery. That is not good. Even worse that I had paid the delivery costs.
