De*****ed by Game N1 City Capetown

I'm deeply saddened and traumatised by the experience I went through at Game shop in N1 city in Cape town. On Friday the 7th of August I went there to purchase a TV, it was a Hisense for R2449, I swiped my card there and just after I did that their computer switched off but the bank notification came through that the transaction was a success, those people refused to give my TV claiming that it was not reflecting on their system so it was unsuccessful, I showed them the sms but they were adamant that I was lying, I went out of that shop very stressed and crying as all the excitement I has when going in there was gone. Today I went in there with a bank statement showing the transaction that happened, a lady by the name of Neliswa who claimed to be the manager was not helpful, even now I went out of that shop without my TV or my money back!! I'm very angry and cant believe such a big shop can ***** from me during this hard time, I'm seeking legal assistance as I will not be taking this matter lying down, I'm very traumatised by this I feel like its a dream.
