Defective Vacuum and Lying Second In Charge Manager Game CANAL WALK...
I purchased a vacuum from Game in 2017 and 11 months down the line the vacuum is falling apart and works intermittently. Yesterday I went to Game Canal Walk and returned the product for a new one and I was told by the manager (Second in charge; Jarce or Jayce)that they would send it away for an assessment which I'm not happy about and specifically mentioned that to him. He could clearly see that the vacuum is falling apart due to poor workmanship and offered an extended 3-month warranty upon it being fixed. I previously sent in a vacuum and had it fixed which then proceeded to break after the initial 3 month period. I bought my current vacuum by Game again and 11 months down the line same story. Pipes are falling apart and the vacuum works when it wants to. I'm not happy with the vacuum being sent away for an assessment and I've been sold a defective product which is costing me.
What surprised me even more was the ****y/arrogant attitude Jayce had when he approached me, I explained my story and said that I mishandled the vacuum, which I showed him that the filter has been cleaned, I proceeded to ask him if he intentionally calling me a **** and he said that no he is not. Am I stupid or what? Because he covertly imp**** that I'm lying and I proceeded to ask him if he is calling me a **** which he could not answer. I then went on to say that I will complain online about the terrible service I received from him on hello peter and he said that I'm threatening him. He felt threatened in the sense that I would alert the public and his regional manager about his behaviour. I asked to speak to his regional manager and he called then said that Charlie is not in for the day. I then asked him to please give me the number and when I called the receptionist said he is in but not at his desk at the moment. Your second in charge manager at canal walk specifically **** again to me as he is afraid that I would out him about his terrible behaviour towards game's customers.
Game's customer service is pathetic and I would recommend that people should not buy vacuums as they are poor workmanship and defective.
