Defective Russell Hobbs 45L Microwave -***

Last March 2021 we were stuck with a faulty Russell Hobbs 45l Microwave that simply did not heat up. The microwave worked for the longest time of 8 months. This was replaced with the same one, and we are still experiencing the same issue after the 3rd replacement of this unit.

There is no doubt that this product has a flaw. I requested or contacted Game Head Office(spoke to Zinthle) to be told that I could replace my microwave at my nearest Game store (Canal Walk). To be sure, I called Game Canal Walk(Spoke to Nikita) and was told that the microwave needed to be repaired because they would not replace the faulty unit.

Now my question is: This fundamentally flawed Russell Hobbs Microwave has already been replaced three times because it does not heat up. It's now being told to me that it needs to be repaired. (Be without a microwave for three weeks and twenty days) I don't want it repaired because the unit itself is defective based on previous replacements, and I can't even utilize the microwave properly.

I need this issue resolved as soon as possible because I refuse to go 21 days without a microwave that I paid R2000 for.,
