Defective Products sold at GAME STORES

I Purchased a fridge at game store and was advise by the consultant to take additional warranty on the fridge at an extra cost , I purchased the fridge with the additional warranty for my parents and soon after experienced problems with fridge , The store sent a technician to solve the issue and we was replaced with a new fridge , On the 21st November 2017 we started experience problems with the fridge, The warranty is not over and Game sent us a technician , He came to house 3 times and put gas in the fridge that made no difference , the next time he took out the gas and last time he did nothing and promised my parents he will be back on Saturday. The technician name is Mohammed and he is absolutely useless , he told my parents to contact him ,They are pensioners and they must call the consultant back because he has no airtime??? He has ignored their calls daily.

We thereafter called the game call centre a lady by the name Roshnee tried to assist and called Mohammed and he answered immediately to say “HE CANT FIX THE FRIDGE , HE TRIED EVERYTHING” , All the items in our fridge is spoilt !!! We are without a fridge from the 21/11/2017, Roshnee has referred us to Nelly which then referred us to Happy, Game is good at passing the buck and not a single individual took on the responsibility to resolve this matter!

Game stores has no decency and customer services , my parents have been pushed from pillar to post ! I have been taking note off all our food been spoilt and I will be purchasing another fridge from your competitors and thereafter take legal action against GAME STORES, FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND LOSS OF FOOD AND THE REPLACEMENT FRIDGE ! This is against the consumer protection act and i will file a report with them for breach of contract!
