Defective Open View Decoder
Store manager at Westwood game was rude and not helpful. Received the open view decoder as a gift and we didn’t have the receipt. The decoder was not picking up signal and the product was defective and yet no one could assist further. Now we have a defective purchased from Game Westwood which adds no value to our home!
