DEFECTIVE GOODS

Very disappointed in Game’s service all round, from the way the delivery service was handles to the actual product order. Order pots and they arrived in a defective condition. Firstly the pots do NOT have Lid handles (all of them) and some look scrathed as if they are from the bottom of the barrel.

Please arrange collection for your defective pots and refund my money.
