Defective Emphisal Sewing machine

I am extremely disappointed with my Emphisal Sewing Machine purchase from Games Fourways.I am always happy to buy from Games because of the good service and customer care.Sadly the products seem to be letting them down.I bought the sewing machine for my wife on Mothers Day and we are both executives with very less time on our hands.We are leaving to USA on Wednesday and I opened the sewing machine today for my wife to do some alterations on her clothes for the trip.Apart from seeing rust on metal parts, the instructions are not clear nor the safety instructions. The worst of all that the Bobin winder does not work. I am unsure how to sort this before I leave on Wednesday the coming week.We will only be back in a month's time.Please can someone from Games or Emphisal advise on how we can sort the defective machine.
