Deceiving customers, *****

I bought a smart tv for my mother and she's the one who went to buy it as I was in Johannesburg. We bought it at Game store at Umhlanga Gateway Mall. Before this I had a laybye for a Samsung plasma but I saw Hisense smart tv on promotion and she went to cancel the laybye and take the one on promotion, and before we even had the tv she was told she owes tv license, and my question was how because the tv was on laybye and we haven't even started using it. Okay we bought the smart tv and manager who's name is Sbu or Siphon said she needs to pay R200 extra and thy took the R1000 voucher but till now my mother is receiving messages for tv license saying it's not paid and also there's fee's added. The tv papers were also written in someone else's name, surname Zungu I think. Not sure because there was a house break in and they took them with the tv but managed to track down the *****.
