Debt order
Last night there was a debt order that went of my account for the amount of R204.09. But I never asked for it to go off by debt order nor was I informed of any debt order that will go off. Each and every month I pay account on time and this month I made a payment (see attached) and a debt order went off as well can you please transfer the money back to my account ASAP. An CANCEL the debt order I prefer to pay my account at game each and every month myself. I also want to know who is liable for the bank charges for a debt order that went off that was not supposed to go off. <br> <br> I trust you find this in good order and await your urgent response regarding this matter. <br>
