Debit Orders gone wrong!

I have a debit order agreement with Game for the 3rd of each month, but now somehow Game at times doesn't see the need to run the debit order in time, which then leaves it my responsibility to go into the store to make payment which is a HIGH inconvenience because I get stupid letters telling me I didn't make any payments when it is Game's responsibility to ensure that they run the debit order... In this day and age debit orders are easier and simpler because humans forget to make payments, so now my credit score goes down because Game doesn't do what it's suppose to do and run the debit order and I have to run up and down looking for the shop in order to pay... This is the last time I have to go to a Game store to go do what Game was suppose to do! if the the debit order doesn't go through, I take no responsibility and I want no letter reminding ME to pay when it's not my responsibility... Game should forfeit the money because clearly it doesn't want to be paid, this is highly ridiculous and TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE
