Debit order

I would like to know why Game took almost double the debit order if i am not even behind on any payments. This was without any notification. Do they know that people need to budget each month? This threw everything around. R500 extra on my debit order. I never go over the amount I know is available on my card, because I know what I can afford. Did they make a mistake? I would like some answers from them and my money back.
